Her career started in the beauty & cosmetics industry as young as 15, but she quickly focused her attention on the customer experience in her early twenties.

When Madalyn isn’t working, she’s probably rewatching Gossip Girl or Sex and the City, exploring a niche interest or hobby, and traveling the world.
