If you think you might be arriving after your scheduled start time, please let us know as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee the service without the full allotted time.

When possible, we have a grace period of 5 minutes for routine neuromodulator treatments and facials, and 10 minutes for filler, laser, Sofwave, and Microneedling treatments. Follow up appointments must be rescheduled if the arrival is any later than the start time, and first time visits are case by case. It is at the discretion of the practice to incur a fee for the provider’s time.
